Trade-In Program:

With our on-line trading program you can save even more by trading in your old clubs towards any of our Ebay Auctions in our Ebay Store. Here is how it works:

  1. Shop our Ebay Store for all item(s) you are interested in. View our trade-in program price sheet to determine the trade-in value of your clubs.
  2. Contact our Customer Service team through email at info@proclubsdirect.com or contact our Customer Service team at 1-877-9-PROCLUBS for a trade-in transactions reference #.
  3. Go through and purchase item(s) you are interested in through our Ebay Store and complete payment in full (either through Paypal , a Money Order or a Cashiers Check)
  4. Please send us your clubs with the Transaction Reference # written on the outside of the box.
  5. Once we receive your trade-in item(s) we will credit you back through the same form of payment we received the original payment.

Trade-In Program Details

All clubs must be in perfect working order. Pro Clubs Direct will not accept clubs with any of the following:

  • Broken Clubs
  • Skymarks-scratches on the top of the club head
  • Any non-factory alterations-other than the clubs being re-gripped
  • Non-factory installed shafts
  • Incomplete sets and/or clubs that do not match
  • Dented club-head or shaft
  • Clubs with rattles

Any item received with any of the following characteristics will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Sorry but no trade-ins with International transactions
  • You, the customer, are responsible for sending your trade-in item(s) to Pro Clubs Direct. We advise you to use a courier that offers tracking with proof of delivery as well as insurance. Pro Clubs Direct is not responsible for any damage caused to any item(s) sent for trade-in transactions.
  • All trade-ins prices will be credited through the same form of payment that was used to make original payment (Credit Card payments will be credited through Paypal and money order or cashiers check payments will be credited in the form of a company check).

Cash for Clubs Program:

Our Cash for Clubs Program is the best in the business! We honor our trade-in price sheet for all Cash-for Clubs Transactions. Consignment Program:

With our in-store and on-line consignment program we can sell your clubs on Ebay for you. We charge a flat 30% fee including all Ebay and Paypal Fees (all consignment items must have a fair marker value of $100.00 or more).
